Collaborating to Deliver Responsive Joint Support

Palo Alto Networks is working with TSANet, a non-profit global alliance, to quickly route customer support requests between Palo Alto Networks and our NextWave Technology Partners’ support teams.

To deliver prompt, expert support to joint customers:

  • Palo Alto Networks NextWave Technology Partners must register an account with TSANet.


  • Existing TSANet Member: View the Member List to see if your company is already a member of TSANet. If listed, choose the "Register as an Existing TSANet Member" button below.  A message will be sent to TSANet, who will add you to the Palo Alto Networks group.
  • New TSANet Member: Select "Register as a NEW TSANet Member" below and complete the forms to join as a Limited member. Once the registration process is complete, you will receive credentials allowing access to the TSANet database to post contact and escalation information for your company, along with products supported, and entitlement instructions.

Designated Contact

Each partner should designate a person from the organization to act as an account manager for the TSANet relationship. This person will be responsible for completing registration, escalation information, products supported, entitlement instructions, and keeping these records updated. A notification to update or verify these records will be sent every 90 days to the designated account manager.

Joining TSANet will help us provide prompt and dependable support to our joint customers. Joining the program facilitates seamless global collaboration between Palo Alto Networks and your company’s support organization. Availability and response time depends on our mutual customer's entitlement. As a member of this community, your company is joining TSANet as a Limited Member.
